Xiaomi announced MIUI 12.5 last year which brought major improvements over MIUI 12. However, MIUI 13 was not a major improvement over MIUI 12.5 which disappointed a lot of fans. The MIUI 13.5 update might change this and bring a lot of improvements over MIUI 13 just like MIUI 12.5.

Many users are enjoying the MIUI 13 update while many are still waiting to receive the new update. As per the sources, Xiaomi is planning to release MIUI 13.5 update in H2 2022. This is going to be a major improvement over the current MIUI 13. MIUI 13.5 will further improve the overall stability and performance of MIUI. MIUI 13.5 will be a polished version of MIUI 13 just like MIUI 12.5.

MIUI 13.5, as per the leaks, will come with better stability and performance which will further enhance the MIUI experience. This update is also expected to bring some cool new features and quality of life changes to MIUI 13.

Although MIUI 13 was based on both Android 11 and Android 12, MIUI 13.5 will mark a clean break from the previous version on Android and be based only on Android 12. This also means that MIUI 13.5 will only arrive for smartphones that are bound to receive the Android 12 update.

MIUI 13.5 Expected features:

There is not much information on what new features are to come with MIUI 13.5. These are some of the expected features:

• Better performance and stability.
• New control centre with data usage details.
• 4D vibration for supported devices.
